Relocation - Phase II in August
We're moving (phase II)!!
UPC Payroll Services and Benefits will be moving from Stonier Hall to the new UPC Service Center in the Figueroa Building
on the following dates:
Benefits Administration: Weekend of August 2
UPC Payroll Services: Weekend of August 9
We ask for your understanding and patience if there are delays and interruptions during these times.
Benefits
Our staff will be unavailable to assist you from approximately noon on Friday, August 1 through Monday morning.
We expect our phones to be available on Friday, and active in the new location late Monday morning, August 4th.

UPC Payroll Services
Please note: For the week of August 4th through August 8th, Payroll will remain in Stonier Hall; however you will need to
go to the UPC Service Center to pick up Termination Checks from Benefits in FIG 201.
Note the following special Paperwork/Processing Deadlines for this period. Also refer to the attached August 2003 calendar
for all the important payroll dates.

Any PCR, on-line checks or terminations received after the respective deadlines above may not be processed until Tuesday, August 12th.
On Tuesday, August 12th we expect our office to be open and our phones working. Should you have an emergency during this transition period, please call Health Sciences Payroll Services at x-22775.

Payroll Services Move Update
University Park Campus Payroll Services has postponed the move to California Plaza Building (CPB)
until the weekend of July 12th. This change applies to UPC Payroll Services only. All the other offices
that have scheduled to move within the Administrative Operations Division are still moving this coming weekend,
June 28 to 29, 2003.
For June 27 and 30, the staff at UPC Payroll Services will be able to provide routine service as usual.
On June 30th, ais-c2000 may be up for new year business.
From July 11 to 14, UPC Payroll Services will be in the process of moving. The main phone number will be manned,
and routine front desk service will continue as usual. However, the staff members who are relocating downtown
will not be available to assist you during those days.

Administrative Offices Locations Movinig!

In July, the offices of Payroll Services, Benefits Administration, UPC Personnel Services and
Compensation will be moving from the UPC campus to One California Plaza in downtown Los Angeles.
Payroll Services and Benefits Administration will continue to provide a service center located
in their present locations on the main campus during the month of July. On August 1, you can access
these campus service centers at the Figueroa Building.

Note the availability of the individual offices during the move:

From July 11 through July 14, 2003, the Payroll Services office will be in the process of moving. The main phone number

UPC Personnel Services and Compensation
These offices will be closed on Friday, June 27 and the staff will not be available on this day. You may drop
off documents and completed forms in sealed envelopes for UPC Personnel or Compensation at the UPC Payroll Services
desk in Stonier Hall, Room 100.

Administrative Operations UPC Service Center
A University Park Service Center for Payroll and Benefits will open on August 1 in the Figueroa Building.
During the month of July while the Figueroa Building is being renovated, Payroll and Benefits will continue
to be located in Stonier Hall. Documents for Payroll, Personnel, and Compensation may be dropped off in
Stonier Hall Room 100 to be couriered to downtown. Paperwork for Benefits may be dropped off in Stonier Hall Room 203.
