Overview of eTrac PIN Change

The Change PIN Process feature allows you to change the PIN you use to log into the eTrac Employee Online Services System.

You should change your PIN periodically to reduce the chance of someone discovering your PIN and using it to access your employee and payroll records. Never share your PIN with anyone.

Using eTrac PIN Change

Employee Information Section

This section displays your basic employee information. Review this information to make sure it's correct and updated.

PIN Information Section

Employee Email 1. Enter/change work e-mail address.
Enter your old PIN 2. Enter your old eTrac PIN for verification.
Choose a new PIN 3. Enter a new PIN. PIN Guidelines include:
     •   Must be 4-15 alphanumeric characters long. Symbols are OK.
•   Must contain at least 1 letter and at least 1 number.
•   Can not contain spaces.
•   Can not begin or end with the full name of the Employee or a dependent of the Employee.
Confirm your new PIN 4. Re-enter the new PIN to confirm the new PIN.
Change Employee PIN 5. Click this button to submit your PIN change to the system.

Process Buttons
There are two buttons near the bottom of the page:

Change Employee PIN Click on this button to submit your changes to the system. The system will send you confirmation email notifying you that your PIN has been changed.
Exit Process Click on this button to cancel any changes and to return to eTrac Menu.
