Browser Issue:   Windows Internet Explorer No Longer Loads the Login Box

If you had been able to bring up the eTrac login page previously but suddenly are getting a blank gray box where the login area normally appears, you need to re-install Java.

Solution:

  1. Go to the Sun Java site.
  2. Click on the "Java Software Free Download" area.
  3. The Java installation should be automatic on IE.

    If there is a problem with the automatic installation, go to the manual download page and download the "Windows (Offline Installation)" package. You can click on the instructions provided for that download on the download page.
  4. When the installation is complete, close all IE browser windows and start up IE again.
    The eTrac login should come up now.
