Browser Issue: Can't enter the eTac PIN in Firefox for the Macintosh.
Firefox version 1.5.0.7 for the Mac OS X disables the Java applet PIN/password text box so that you can't enter anything into it.
Solution:
Since the issue is specific to the browser version, the only solution is to use a different browser or version. However, as of the date on this notice, 1.5.0.7 is the latest version of Firefox. If you do not want to use a different browser, such as Safari or Internet Explorer, and until the problem has been resolved in a future upgrade, you can downgrade to the previous version of Firefox.
- Download and install the latest version of Firefox.
- OR, you can choose another Firefox version from the Firefox release archive.
Make sure you select the correct directory for your OS (i.e., "mac") and country ("US-en").
