Nothing happens when I click on the link to login or set up a new PIN.

eTrac loads in a popup window. Either the popup came up behind the initial browser window or your browser is blocking popups.

If nothing appears to happen when you click on link for the eTrac login or the eTrac PIN setup, check the following:

Hidden popup window.
The second browser window might have opened up behind this browser window. See if it's hidden behind the first browser window.
Blocked popup windows.
If no other browser windows appear, check to be sure your browser is Javascript enabled and that it is not blocking popup windows.

If your browser is blocking popup windows, either by your browser configuration or a third-party popup window blocker, disable the popup window browser, or re-configure the setting to allow popup windows for this site.

Can't view or download reports on Windows IE
