Finding Your Home Department Code

Your primary Home Department is the University department responsible for maintaining your personnel records, and each Home Department has a 10-digit Home Department #.

Your Home Department Code is printed on your pay stub or Direct Deposit advice slip:

Outside Advice Slip/Pay Stub: Your HD Code is printed below your address in the address block.
 

Inside Advice Slip: Your HD Code is printed below your name near the top of the form.
