All USC employees can access their personnel, payroll and benefits information through eTrac. All you have to do is create a PIN and you can log into the system.
Because of the confidential nature of your personal information, you will need to verify your identity prior to creating a PIN. To prevent unauthorized persons from setting up a PIN under your name, you will enter in personal information which must match exactly as what is in your personnel records. Having your paycheck stub or direct deposit advice slip handy can help you enter the correct verifying information.
If the system can not match all of your information and you suspect the information in your system personnel record is incorrect or outdated, contact your Home Department Coordinator for assistance. As with the eTrac login, if you make too many unsuccessful attempts at verifying your identity, the system will disable your access automatically. If that happens, ask your Home Department Coordinator to reset your eTrac access.
Note that all actions performed on the system are logged. The system will email a confirmation notice when you have successfully set a PIN.
