Setting Up Your eTrac PIN

STEP 1: STARTING THE PIN SETUP PROCESS

NOTE: Use a modern web browser with Java and Javascript enabled. If you have a window popup blocker, please disable it. See the AIS Web Browsers page for detailed information.

1. Enter the URL www.usc.edu/etrac in your web browser's address bar and load the page.
   This is the eTrac home page where you will find your way to various eTrac information, including links to the login and PIN setup screens.

2. To create a PIN, click on the "Set up a New PIN" link.
   

3. A second window will pop up with the USC eTrac policy notice.
   

   Read the notice and click on the "I Accept" button.
   After checking for system availability, the employee information authentication page will appear.
