2009 Harassment Prevention Training
The required Harassment Prevention Training program for 2009 runs from April 6, 2009 through May 8, 2009.
To help faciliate access to your Harassment Prevention Training online account, eTrac now provides a direct link that will take you to the Harassment Prevention Training site and automatically log you in. Just click on the "Harassment Prevention Training" link at the bottom of the eTrac main menu. Please be aware that your browser must be enabled to accept cookies from the training site.

Basic Retirement Enrollment
Basic Retirement (USC Matched) enrollment is now available on eTrac. If you are a new or recently rehired employee, be sure to take advantage of the USC matching retirement program by signing up for it. Current employees can also go onto eTrac to change contribution and vendor selections.

Faculty Payment Options
Due to recent changes in the Internal Revenue Services regulations Section 409A concerning deferred compensation, all faculty with academic appointments are required to make a one-time confirmation of your elected pay option to be paid either over the months of academic year, or over 12 months. This election is irrevocable during the academic year and will apply to subsequent years unless you change it. You may change your pay option only prior to the next academic year.
Log onto eTrac to submit your Faculty Pay Option Confirmation online.

Direct Deposit Signup & Changes
Are you direct depositing your pay check to your banks? If not, you can sign up for Direct Deposit from eTrac.
Set up Direct Deposit to have your paycheck electronically transferred to your bank account(s) on pay day. You can distribute different percentages of your pay to multiple accounts and change or cancel it at any time. Setting up Direct Deposit requires several weeks to become effective as we need to notify your financial institutions and wait to receive authorization back from them to allow the electronic transfers.
If you currently have Direct Deposit, you can use eTrac to change the distributions of your pay to different bank accounts.

Printer-friendly Direct Deposit Advice Slips
eTrac now generates PDFs of your Direct Deposit Payroll Advice Slips in single page format that look exactly like the paper versions. You can download them, save them, and print them out.
